I scheduled an appointment for my X-5 to replace my front brakes as Fluid has been monitoring their condition for over a year now, a whole year after the car message screen and the dealer at BMW told me to replace them. Fluid provides the service you need at the time you need it, not (as in my brake replacement) when the car or dealer would like to perform the service for you. Fluid provided the same service scenario on my rear brakes just a few months earlier...replacing them when they needed to be replaced, not earlier when they still have thousands of miles left on them. Additionally at this same appointment, I had a check engine light on that Fluid checked out for me. They found that it is covered under a recently released BMW bulletin that provided an extended warranty on an issue specific to my BMW diesel. They could have easily just fixed it since the car in general is way past warranty. Instead they pulled up the bullitin and told me to get that issue fixed at BMW since it is covered by warranty. Great place with great people providing great service with integrity.

I had to do a Tranmission service on my 17 Passat R line and the dealer told me that the service only included 3 quarts of oil and no filter change. They were asking close to $300 for 3 quarts of oil and labor. If I wanted to change the filter I had to pay an extra 2 hours of labor plus parts. Marylin at FMU did a no hassle service with full Tranmission flush and new filter with gaskets for 40% less than the dealer and on top of that they ran full diagnostics to make sure there were no gremlins in the car. The result was a really smooth shifting car and my gratitude. FMU is a straight shooter, they always provide with real advice on things going on with my car and the never will sell you something you don’t need. They always are there to tell you what is urgent and what can wait.excellent service and they excel at technology! I got everything done via text. Talk about contactless service, Marylin knows a thing or two about that.
