I had to do a Tranmission service on my 17 Passat R line and the dealer told me that the service only included 3 quarts of oil and no filter change. They were asking close to $300 for 3 quarts of oil and labor. If I wanted to change the filter I had to pay an extra 2 hours of labor plus parts. Marylin at FMU did a no hassle service with full Tranmission flush and new filter with gaskets for 40% less than the dealer and on top of that they ran full diagnostics to make sure there were no gremlins in the car. The result was a really smooth shifting car and my gratitude. FMU is a straight shooter, they always provide with real advice on things going on with my car and the never will sell you something you don’t need. They always are there to tell you what is urgent and what can wait.excellent service and they excel at technology! I got everything done via text. Talk about contactless service, Marylin knows a thing or two about that.

Car has been having intermittent electrical issues for sometime now. Won’t start, and most systems won’t work (windows, headlamps, ebrake, trunk auto close, side mirrors, idrive, among others. Took it once to the dealer and they could not diagnose let alone fix it. The techs at FMU found the issue in a burnt 30g relay and got rid of the pestering gremlin. Could not be happier.
