    I brought my high mileage CRV to John and his team to figure out what was going on. I had my CRV at another shop in town that I’ve used for a few years now that recently had a change in management. While I trusted them, the last two visited yielded different results than before. They fixed a routine drivetrain issue and it resulted in a vibration while driving between 50 and 60 mph. Weird. I brought it back to them twice to look at it to figure out what was going on, but resulted in. I change. After asking around, J.A.R. Came up as an option and trusted shop by a friend of mine. I went over last Friday and John test drive it and he gave me two possible root causes. I scheduled time for him to take a deeper dive and within an hour he and his team found the issue. With a high mileage car(that I love and don’t have a payment on) it’s easy for a shop to not have the same affinity to figure it out rather than just say-we’ll, you’ve got over 200k miles on it, it’s just old.... I don’t agree with that because I’ve maintained this car and it has always been reliable and did I mention I live it! Well, now I have a shop that I know loves it also and will give it the same care and consideration without prejudice about its age. Trust these guys will take care of you fairly and are going to treat your car as if it were their own. They earned all of my auto repair business. Sorry dealership-my wife’s pilot has a new mechanic!

    The best place for auto repair, for prompt, expert, friendly, and efficient service, always. John is always able to fit me into his busy schedule for any type of car servicing needs, especially most recently with my car's battery problems, which I thought was directly related to extremely cold weather. Through his knowledge in diagnostic testing, he was able to find out that something else was consistently draining the battery, and fixed the problem within the same day. This has been my experience with any of my auto needs with John. I would highly recommend this car service business, which has consistently been great over the past many years.

    We can trust John to know what needs to be done with our cars without worrying that he is doing things that don't need to be done. In other words, he is trust worthy. I never have to wait long.     As usual, John and his crew provide service that goes above and beyond what one would expect. His service adds little items that you might not think of on your own--like a windshield treatment to repel snow and ice. Prices are competitive. Highly recommend.
