Yesterday I needed a tow and the young man who responded, arrived very quickly and quickly put my car onto the truck. On the mile and half drive to the repair shop we were talking about what I thought was a starter problem. I told him I tried to jump the car from my truck without success. He offered to try to jump my car with his jumper box. Once at the shop, he tried his jumper box and the car started up. His thoughtfulness and offer saved my quite a lot of money and helped my family out as my daughter had an appointment this morning to take her drivers test using that car. I am sorry I cannot remember his name but I have never had such a great experience at a stressful time. Thank you for your service and in hiring such a helpful and friendly young man.
