When I called and talked to Casey, I told her what had occurred with my 2014 chevy silverado, and she was able to let me bring my vehicle in right away, even though they were booked pretty much full for the day. Not only were they able to repair the problem with my thermostat, they also loaned a company vehicle to me since I had no way to get back home. I had issues with my pickup wheel bearings and speed censor, was scheduled to come in at a later date to fix; bearing froze unexpectedly and had to be towed to Kelly’s; they got me in amongst their busy schedules and repaired right away, can’t ask for a better family ran business for your needs 😇
