They helped me out when the other Kia dealer in town literally left me stranded with a towed telluride due to other dealer mistake in not replacing gear fluid. Richard said he had a good experience. He was 99 percent satisfied with the service. The only thing was that they rotated his tires and one of his valve caps was missing. He was going to ask them and thought they would see it and put one on.

I was unhappy to see that my check engine light came on and remained on one day on a weekend. I was happy to find that I was able to get service worked on it the very next day at the earliest availiable time. I was also thrilled to find out my vehicle was under the warranty (very generous warranty given by metro kia, on top of the factory warranty) and everything was fixed no charge. I always enjoy receiving service for my kia vehicle and will continue to do business with metro kia of madison.
