I have been to many mechanic's, and they are hard to trust. I like the dealer ship mechanics because they are formiliar with my car already and i know if something goes wrong i have the dealership behind me, I feel like i can trust them. What REALLY stands out to me though is the service associate Ken, i have gone to him for my service needs the last... 5 or so times i have had to bring the car in for maintenance. He always makes sure i am getting what i need, and if the next service is a pricier one he always gives me the heads up, which i am SO GRATEFUL for!!! i have 2 kids at home and that gives me plenty of time to plan my finances around it. the car would not start after only 3 months and 1500miles.After being towed to Hyundai village,I was given a loaner vehicle.This happened over a weekend so it was not until Monday that they discovered that a wire from the starter had loosened ,and remedied it at once.
