    I always feel like Hyundai garage will have in depth knowledge of our Santa Fe and do excellent work with mechanics who are well trained and certified. Also, these folks have never "pushed" extra work onto me. When I ask about what needs to be done, they seem to be upfront and honest about the schedule (which in our case does not conform to the printed schedule, as we put very few miles on our Santa Fe). We might be able to get some of the work done somewhat less expensively somewhere else, but often not, and we know that it will be done correctly at Hyundai (after all, they may be able to sell us a new vehicle someday if we have confidence in them.

    This is the only place I have taken my car for service. They are consistent with letting me know of upcoming service recommendations for the car and how it helps. All staff is friendly. I appreciate the video text of the technician walking through the point check done with each oil change. If you’re looking for honesty, consistency, & transparency; this is where you need to go.

    Hyundai lifter bad engines!

    Raymond, our service advisor did great, in letting us know how our car was coming along. As far as the dealership goes you did good! I'm frustrated that Hyundai doesn't make sure you can take care of your customers better. Knowing their engines are going out on them, there should be loaners or plans to take care of us. Telling us that Hyundai "might" pay us back on a rental, while our car was in the shop isn't fair! Luckily we have another vehicle. And my wife works from home. I don't know if we'll buy another Hyundai with these types of issues. But McCarthy Hyundai has done their part in taking care of us, the customer.

    I spent 12 hours online researching for a CRV. Some dealerships do not provide a car fax but ask for payment on credit card to get one. McCarthy provided one which was essential in my search. I had researched and compared on road and driver, edmonds and consumer reports. I was prepared to buy the perfect car for us. I had another appointment set up at another dealership and a 3rd option for plan c. They had the best price and lower mileage so went there first. Gabe, the finance manager, introduced himself and got.us cold waters. Frank Dale was our salesman. He made it smooth, painless, efficient, no pressure, informative, and personable. Financing was also exceptional. Not forceful like my past. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. I highly reccomend them. I will be a repeat customer. Of all the dealerships I have bought from they top the list by far. Thank you all, truly.

    I took my car in for an oil change and recall. Raymond checked me in promptly, explained what device would be performed and how long it would take. Raymond even applied my coupon so I could get the best price! Service was completed on time. Very professional staff. I highly recommend this service department!
