Intermittent problems are about the worst problems to try to fix. However at Rick Allen's they actually "listen" to the customer. I too my Dodge Durango with an electronics systems problem that caused really odd symptoms that were intermittent. Because they listened to me, indicating the problem only seemed to happen when I used the wipers, the wisely deduced that something may be getting wet. Now that may sound simple, but it is not. My problem had nothing to do with my wipers. It had to do with the fact that when it rained computer modules became wet, not from the wipers... The wet came from clogged sun-roof water vents. The water traveled though the car body to the computers in the engine compartment. This water infiltration happens only when it rained. They did not know of this, they looked and traced the problem back. I had gone to a dealership with the same problem, only to pay a bill and have nothing resolved.
