Love how I'm treated as a friend not as "dollar signs" walking in the door or calling on the phone. Doesn't matter if it's a simple oil change, or a more major repair. If the tech finds something more than I brought my vehicle in for, I'm informed of the needs and recommendations--but never in a "pushy" way--and questions I have are answered in easier-to-understand layman's terms.

Once again, Tom Finch automotive in Jacksonville, Illinois is the crème de la crème of service, integrity and quality! I had what I believe to have been a minimal deer strike on my vehicle and of course I took the vehicle to a scheduled appointment for repair. I had the wonderful service department in the new auto body area. Take a look at the vehicle and after they got into it, they realize that there was actually more serious damage than initially believed, and my insurance provider was forced to total out the vehicle as they more often than not do even with new or late model Automobiles. The guys in the auto body shop were professional and courteous, knowing that I was upset about having to deal with something other than a minor repair and now it was not going to be a repair at all. It was going to be a total and I would have to purchase a new vehicle, which wasn’t necessarily on my plate at the moment, but they made the situation very easy and allowed me to collect my personal belongings and take some pictures of the vehicle, etc. Front of house, staff, Elly and Ali Are the most professional young women and so knowledgeable about any and all things dealing with automotive and they made this potentially painful situation not so difficult and I am indebted to them. Even though I now have two brand new vehicles, I will continue to take my vehicles for scheduled maintenance and oil changes, tire, rotations, tuneup, and all of the expected maintenance on new vehicles because I trust their service and integrity. My wife and I have been patrons to Tom Finch automotive for years now and we will be for years to come! Thank you to all of the staff mechanics and autobody shop guys and girls at Tom Finch automotive you always go above and beyond! John in the automotive repair is great, and the ladies at the front desk are the best ever!!!! Whether you have regular scheduled maintenance or a need of a tow or auto body work or any type of collision or repair or whatever for your vehicle, please consider Tom Finch automotive first as they are fantastically excellent and I recommend them highly beyond compare and I appreciate their continued kindness and service to myself, my wife and the community in general. I have taken my car to Tom Finch for many years. Wouldn't think of taking my car any other place. Tom Finch is reliable, staff is courteous and keeps me informed when my car is in the shop. I love that my car gets detailed with every visit.

Not sure how many years we’ve been going to Tom Finch, but our experience is always excellent. From tires, batteries to major repairs they always get it right. As far as we’re concerned, they are the best.
