service was great. Everything that I was told was very true except for I didn’t know that there be a credit card charge until the end of my purchase. not a lot of different price. Just about the same purchase for service as from the Lexus dealership..

Came in around lunch time for a smog check and Jake helped me by checking if he could squeeze me in before lunch - which he did. I went to another smog place down the street of Date the street and the person there told me to come back at 1pm because he’s at lunch. Great service by Inland Auto. Was done in 20 minutes

Excellent service and awesome professionalism. I went in to install a lift that I purchased for my 4Runner and they found some mistakes from a previous shop on my passenger side brake caliper. They corrected the mistake and let me know about a tie rod that needed to be replaced as well. These guys are awesome.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Inland Auto for taking such great care of my truck and getting my AC fixed! I dropped it off at 8:00 in the morning and picked it up at 5:00 that afternoon. They replaced the condenser, installed a brand-new AC compressor, flushed the system, and recharged everything. Jacob and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so personable and helpful, especially when talking with them on the phone. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and know what they’re doing. I even called the next day with a few questions, and they took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable. There was never a moment where I felt rushed or like I was bothering them. I would recommend Inland Auto to anyone, any day! I have a carmax warranty. The repairpal app thing referred me to the AC shop that used to be next door. Inland bought them. If you’re using repairpal and you have the same thing come up it’s all good. Inland was top notch. They got the car late in the afternoon on a Thursday. Like a hour before they closed, I knew they weren’t going to be able to get to it til next day, no problem. The warranty claim didn’t get approved til Monday, inland had the car done Monday night. AC blows colder than when we got the car. Will for sure return for more warranty work if/when needed.
