I’ve been a customer for a couple years now. This time, HM Motorworks went above and beyond. Range Rovers are tough to work on. The amount of wiring and electrical work rivals a space shuttle. After having a major repairs done to my 2005 Range Rover, the engine light kept reappearing. After hours of research and testing, they diagnosed and fixed the issue.(much easier said than done) This was basically a goodwill gesture. This was the first time I actually felt bad the invoice wasn’t higher. I’ve had it back for a week now, and it drives noticeably better, tighter throttle response and better gas mileage. At this point, there is no other shop I’d even consider. Put it this way...I was naive and purchased an extended service package from BMW for my 2013 M5. The service covers ALL maintenance at BMW dealerships, HOWEVER, I still bring it to HM afterwards just to make sure the BMW dealership did things correctly. Think about that.

I have been going to HM for some of my service work for years. They have worked on numerous vehicles for me, including a BMW e30 M3 track car which makes Rick drool, two different BMW X5s (one gasoline, one diesel), a Dinan e39 M5, a Porsche Carrera, a Carrera S, and two different BMW e36 M3s. Rick and Haleem continue to deliver what you want when you drop off a vehicle to them. The diagnosis the issue and provide you with a straightforward strategy for repair. Factory service called for a 2800 dollar repair. Rick's experience outlined an alternative solution that cost 15% of the factory option. After a summer driving the car, it appears that Rick was correct in this diagnosis. Happy to have a team that listens. I will continue to use HM for all four of my cars.
