Charles is the best mechanic I’ve ever been to, BMW or otherwise. He took excellent care of my BMW 330i until I traded it in, and now he takes excellent care of my BMW X5. I wouldn’t take my BMW anywhere else. Charles is 100% honest, has more than fair prices, and is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Debbie is wonderful, as well! My power steering was out along with numerous other things. They worked diligently for days ultimately finding five wires that were chewed by rats. They replaced and repaired everything. For the time spent the charges were very reasonable. Highly recommend them.
