I purchased a 2022 750i. Ultimate had taken care of my 2011 750 for 10 years and done a great job. Charles told me too bring my “new car” in and he would give it a once over. The car is still under warranty and he said if there was anything wrong with it, we needed to fix now. The brakes were shot. Charles worked with me and the auto seller to replace the brakes. Thank goodness for Charles’ diligence. 😌

I arrived in Charleston with a non-working air conditioner. They were friendly and helpful in diagnosing my issue and ordering the parts to make the repair. When the parts were delayed they went out of their way to try to find what was needed to get me back on the road. Considering I don’t live in the area, they didn’t have to do so much to help me but they happily did.

Ultimate Autowerks is excellent! I brought my 2022 BMW here for an oil change and break fluid flush. They were able to complete both of these services perfectly at a reasonable price. The whole team is professional and friendly! I just moved to this area and this will be the spot to service my car moving forward. Thank yall!

I have been taking my older BMW to Ultimate Autowerks for years and every time I leave, I have the feeling I have gotten the best possible service available for my car. The entire staff is phenomenal and above all trustworthy and experienced. I will be with them for the life of my car.

My car was caught in a flash flood in downtown Charleston so the only place I knew for the tow truck to take it was Ultimate Auto Works. Charles took over right away checked everything out to see if it was totaled or not. He was very kind and did not put a rush on getting the vehicle out, but finally State Farm is sending someone to remove the vehicle. Great job Charles and all the people at Ultimate Autowerks.
