Matt and Charles were great to work with. Took my car in for rear brakes pads and asked them to check on 3 other items to see if they were necessary. I only ended up needing 1 of those 3 items. Honest and dependable! They will be my go to service center always.

I only send my car through them for everything. They will make sure your vehicle is good and working properly. Give you updates or your vehicle when and close of being done also they are good people so I highly recommend them to work on your BMW.

A great job with my 2012 328i, another place told me I had transmission issues but Utilmate Autowerks discovered it was only a sensor, they were polite and very professional.

I purchased a 2022 750i. Ultimate had taken care of my 2011 750 for 10 years and done a great job. Charles told me too bring my “new car” in and he would give it a once over. The car is still under warranty and he said if there was anything wrong with it, we needed to fix now. The brakes were shot. Charles worked with me and the auto seller to replace the brakes. Thank goodness for Charles’ diligence. 😌

I arrived in Charleston with a non-working air conditioner. They were friendly and helpful in diagnosing my issue and ordering the parts to make the repair. When the parts were delayed they went out of their way to try to find what was needed to get me back on the road. Considering I don’t live in the area, they didn’t have to do so much to help me but they happily did.

Ultimate Autowerks is excellent! I brought my 2022 BMW here for an oil change and break fluid flush. They were able to complete both of these services perfectly at a reasonable price. The whole team is professional and friendly! I just moved to this area and this will be the spot to service my car moving forward. Thank yall!
