Nearly all the warning lights were on, none of the instrument cluster was working. (Speedo, gas gage etc) took it in one day, picked it up the next day with extra routine maintenance done also! Would definitely recommend!

Naturally, when I traveled for the first time in 3+ years, the alternator on my wife's car died, leaving her without a vehicle. The entire experience is always outstanding; from walking through the door and describing my car issues to picking up my keys and listening to details of my car's hiccups. When only an oil change is required that’s all that is required. I have been bringing 2 different bimmers here for 8 years for regular maintenance and a few unexpected service jobs and I have experienced 100% satisfaction. 100% trust in the crew. Front desk service managers Debbie and Dell are so professional and pleasant. When I phone they know how to write my issues as I describe and answer technical questions without putting me on long hold. Almost always Charles or Matt will voluntarily come out from the garage to attentively listen to my concerns or to explain details about my car. We love em!! Our bimmers love em.
