    Hi, my car is a 1999 528. I came in yesterday, 4-23-24 for my scheduled oil change appointment. I was in and out in no time. I’ve been coming here for so, so many years. My car is still running great. Why is that? Because I do NOT let any other mechanics work on my car. Not even for an oil change. Unless I AM adding something to my car, NO ONE goes under my hood. Everyone isn’t good at what they do. Everyone is not honest with integrity. You do not know who’s working on your car at the dealer because the technicians are hourly, probably rotate in and out, and if I remember from 100 years ago, you never met your mechanic. Or I didn’t. I spoke with the consultant. All questions and explanations came via a liaison. And I ALWAYS had to come back. Here, they are owner operated and will talk to you in plain English. They have a really nice , close nit relationship….still. They know their clients, explain what needs to be done and why. How can I presume they are like this with all of their clients? Well, yesterday while there, I was listening and observing client contact, phone etiquette, and the environment is still warm and friendly. I can go on and on. They are the same with everyone. If they worked on Nissans, my van would still be alive. National chain service centers aren’t always descent. You don’t know who’s working on your car. Here, oh you know who’s working on your Bimmer. This is my only car. They keep her reliable. I highly recommend them. Thank you

    My 2014 BMW X1 arrived after hours and on a flatbed. I used the Dropbox to describe the problem and suggest a cause. Charles called me within 2 hours of opening and confirmed the alternator had failed. He gave me an estimate to replace it and complete the work including parts shipment and charging the flatlined battery all without 24 hours.

    Amazing work and friendly!!!

    A group of honest mechanics that always do right. They were able to fit me in last min for a quick oil change and even recommended a few places in town to get other work done regarding cosmetic damage. Not only that but the people who they recommended to me can get me a new bumper and have it painted in 2 days and will install within a hour. Truly a great experience
