This was my second visit to Ultimate Autowerks. This time my BMW X5d was making a horrible squeaking noise coming from the passager's side front tire. When I brought it in, it was looked at and diagnosed on the spot. The shop called me the following day with an estimate and permission to proceed with the work. Of course, being a BMW it was not cheap, but I thought it was a fair price. The work was completed very quickly - which I appreciated greatly. In my experience, I've found the shop to be very knowledgeable, excellent customer service including communications via phone and text (I love the text communications), and they do not over charge in my opinion. I am very grateful to have found this shop particularly because the BMW dealership in Charleston is absolutely awful. I will continue to use Ultimate Autowerks for my BMW needs. Thank you to all the staff for making my experience a pleasant one.
