Made an apt for airbag inflator recall at Enumclaw dodge. Got in a bit early, they took my info and key and said it would be about an hour. I went next door and picked up a few items at a store and came back an hour later and it was done. Say what you do and do what you say. I like that. I popped the trunk, tossed in my bags and off I went. Fast, courteous and nice.

My 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk was issued a recall for reprogramming the transmission module. Upon receipt of the notice, I called Enumclaw CJDR (my preferred service dealer even though I live 30+ miles and about an hour drive away in Lakewood, WA. As always, the service department quickly made an appointment that fit my schedule and I was set. On the morning of my appointment, I mis-read my calendar, and showed up at 8 AM for a 10 AM appointment. Even though I was 2 hours early, they massaged the work schedule and had me out of there by 8:45, with service complete. This is typical of the service experience I've had with this dealership over the past several years. Strongly recommend them for anyone who wants competent and honest work done and a bill that is never padded.

My son has used my 2012 Grand Cherokee to do seasonal work in Washington the past several years. His schedule is always fluctuating. Wayde Bolte, and the Enumclaw Service Dept. have been outstanding in accommodating his short notice schedule. They have performed many different types of service on the Jeep over the past few years, including; GOF's, Air Conditioning, Driver Seat alignment, Brake light switch replacement, Tire repair, and Factory Campaigns. All of these services have been completed perfectly, with no come backs. It is a great comfort to me, living in Wisconsin, to know that my vehicle is in the hands of the Enumclaw Service Department. Wayde has scheduled him promptly, appraised me of the repair status, and allowed me to pay via credit card over the phone! I appreciate all of this a great deal. My appointment was at 3:30, I dropped my Jeep off at 11:00 and ran to a couple appointment it was ready for pickup at 2:00. Can't ask for better then that.
