Sparks made it really easy for me to get my car repaired. I was able to utilize the night drop for my vehicle, so I didn't have to miss any work on a Monday morning. I was also offered a shuttle to work if I wasn't able to use night drop. Azim was very friendly, and happily went through the repairs I need to get done to my vehicle, along with the cost of each. He answered all of my questions in a way I was able to understand. I will definitely be using this shop in the future. Thank you for your help!

My car was making disturbing sounds in the front end. I had heard Sparks was an honest place and do a good job. The front desk guy is friendly and funny. The waiting room is nice and comfy (when does that happen?) They got me in quick and diagnosed it early. When they got it up on the rack it was something different than they originally thought so it was much less to repair. The sounds are gone and it drives great. Also they have a great rental car deal with the hertz across the street if you need a car while the repairs are being done. $10 / day! Wow. They bring it to you when you drop your car off so its no hassle. I would go back

Starter went out on my 01 Maxima on Friday afternon, called Sparks notifying them I was having my car towed in. Talked to Azim who assured me that he would get the car in for diagnostic first thing Monday. Got the call on Monday and had my car back that afternoon with a new starter and oil change.
