Quick, reliable, and reasonable. They have opted to send me to other shops if they think things could be done better/cheaper elsewhere - I've never worried that I'm being taken advantage of or overcharged. I've recommended them to many others and will happily do so again.

I had a quirky issue that arose right after leaving an appointment at Handel recently, and when I turned around and drove right back to have it looked at, I was treated with kindness and patience. They lifted my car again (after a 4 hour appointment) and found the problem quickly, and they didn’t charge me for this odd (minor) issue. For an awkward situation, I felt treated like a neighbor, and not an obnoxious customer. Thank you!

I came in having been told somewhere else I needed all my breaks done - feeling skeptical, I went to Handel and they told me my brakes would still be fine as is for a while longer. They helped me with a few other services as well, all offered at a reasonable price and in a very timely way.
