Was on my way to an appointment, when suddenly my battery light came on in red. Immediately drove to Mike Roy’s shop. Alternator was dead and needed to be replaced. They quickly ordered a new one and installed it that afternoon. Simple and sweet. Great service as usual. Would trust no one else.

Problem diagnosed and a timely repair was made

Mike did an exhaustive diagnostic on my GMC Canyon. He then explained the finding and unlike to other auto garages, he said my engine was running perfect. He put some conditioner into my transmission and it has taken care of a reoccurring issue I have had.

Had a scraping and bumping noise on the passenger front side of car when making a turn either direction. Took it to Mike Roy’s. Found it was the “struts” that needed replacing. Was an all day job, but car is again perfect. Is a wonderful place to do business.

Took my car in for an oil change and check up on A/C, which was not working. Turned out the A/C fan motors were not working at all, so had to order and install new ones. Took a little bit of time, but was worth the wait for the cold air I now enjoy. Always quick to get you in and excellent work always performed.
