Mike undertook the basic repairs/replacement in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. He then researched and resolved a minor problem that emerged that was not associated with the engine mounts replacement work.

Mike and Marcia are salt of the Earth people. I had to jump start my car. I drove to Mike Roy Auto Repair, and they gave me a temporary battery so I could get to work. I went back the next day, and Mike quickly changed out the temp battery for a new one. It was Thanksgiving week, and they so kindly helped me quickly.

They always do a good job for me. My dodge dakota still runs good for a 2007. Everytime I say I'm going to trade it in it runs so well I wind up keeping it for a couple more years. Especially after seeing new truck prices

Checked on why the battery wasn't keeping the charge not using the car enough to keep the charge need to use the car more to keep the charge.

I always feel very well taken care of when I come to the establishment. You don't find many automotive, mechanical.or anything auto , that you can truly trust anymore, but you do when you come here. Honesty is rare in 2025, but that is what you get when you come here. Let's that my neighbor's parents used to come here fifteen over fifteen years ago and they do as well and they're the ones that recommend them and i'm so thankful.

Mike Roy’s is the only place to go for car care!!!!!!! I am on my second Jeep Wrangler And I will only take my Jeep to him ….they are caring, and explain everything …….they even give you a print-out analysis to explain! My car wouldn’t start so I took it to mike to find out the problem. The alternator belt needed replaced & he took out the alternator & checked it out It was fine plus checked out other issues I was having I’m very happy & back on the road again

I called at the last minute. I have a battery charger but it didn’t work. They could take me right away and had the battery that I needed. I was in and out in a jiffy. If you need a car problem solved , they are the best.

Job was done in a very timely matter and very efficient

My car stopped running, and it would not start back up. I had bought 2 fuel pumps (by mechanic’s recommendations, they were SURE the fuel pump was the issue. ) Mike Roy was able to find and fix the problem, when 4 other mechanics could not find the problem. I am very happy with the work Mike Roy did. Considering my problem ended up being electrical, he found the problem quickly and the final bill was not as expensive as I was afraid it would be !!
