    I have been a customer here for about 10 years and they have not failed me once in any way. Silvercreek Repair is always friendly, responsive, thorough, amazingly knowledgeable, and diligent. Mandie is very knowledgeable and is a great communicator. Frank clearly knows cars...and how to explain repairs. They are painstakingly thorough and in constant communication via email, photos, phone etc. Strongly recommend without hesitation.

    Great ability to find what is causing problems

    My vehicle was running poorly and had a couple of warning lights on. Frank and crew were able to diagnose and test some ideas. It was two different issues that came up at the same time. This was not obvious. Frank did the repairs and one of the issues is going to require some follow up to keep it from continue to create more problems. He had some recommendations and we will be pursuing them to give me the maximum lifetime for it. I find some investments along the way extend vehicle life and maintain it's performance. So in the long run I save a lot of money not needing to replace vehicles frequently. I am a very satisifed customer and recommend them very highly.

    I can always count on Frank and his mechanics to fix my car. One of my issues was that my car would stall for no reason and out of the blue too. My engine light would never come on when that would happen. I was getting frustrated with my car and was afraid of driving it through town. He didn't give up on finding out what was causing my vehicle to stall out for no apparent reason. He kept it for a couple of weeks until it finally acted up for him. Him and another one of his mechanics figured out that it needed to have a ground wire installed. After that no more issues with stalling out! Just recently my crankshaft position sensor went out. He had it fixed and running good again!

    My truck was pretty much dumped on frank with a major braking issue. Problem was corrected and I was impressed with the communication I received throughout the repair. Because it was an insurance claim, Frank kept all the parts necessary to provide the adjuster with what he needed to get reimbursed.

    I've gone to Mobile for 20+ years...always great work and service. The last time we went out driver's side floor mat was oily when we got the car back. To me this is not a huge issue, however, I know Frank strives for perfect customer service so maybe a little reminder is in order for the employees. I will still go there...they are the best!!
