From the moment I arrived I received exceptional service. As I stood in the lot next to my car, feel
ing a little stressed and looking a bit lost a kind gentleman with a contagious smile approached me. He introduced himself as Eugene and asked what he could do to help me. (Thank you Eugene) I explained my situation and without hesitation he told me he was glad I had safely arrived and assured me they would take care of the situation. From there I met another, friendly face named Sam. Although their schedule was already extremely busy Sam, patiently listened while I explained my concerns. Sam, was professional yet friendly with a sense of humor.
Within two hours I was back on the road feeling safe and confident that the issue had been resolved. THANK YOU to all the staff for your kindness, concern, professionalism and for extending your day to help get me back on the road while still servicing all your scheduled customers.

Bruce at West Broad was extremely helpful, and patient and worked diligently to get me the vehicle I
was interested in. Once we decided on what we wanted he was in constant contact until the vehicle arrived at the dealership, sending pictures and providing information via text and phone conversations. The day of pick went so smoothly, never have I gotten out of a car dealership following a purchase so early and without complications. Would work with Bruce and West Broad Hyundai any time!
