We recently purchased a 2024 Kona SEL from this dealership. The staff was very friendly and accommod
ating with reviewing of the available vehicles. The test drive was very informative with the sales rep Daniel Cabac thoroughly explaining the car’s functions and features. There were options on the car that we were unaware of which he demonstrated which we found to be very informative. At the time of delivery, we had an issue that was corrected by the sales manager Mr. Ray Bock. His level of concern for our overall experience and level of customer satisfaction was superb with the outcome exceeding our expectations. His amicable approach demonstrates his level of determination and true understanding of customer satisfaction. I have since written a letter to the General Manager at Napleton expressing my gratitude with Mr. Baylock and his determination and understanding of customer satisfaction. In the future, when we purchase another vehicle, we will be back to this dealership based on our positive experience and the level of customer care.

stomer relationship. I’ve been working with her since July 5th to get my vehicle repaired. She communicated with an out of state insurance company and myself. She kept me abreast along the way. She let me know about consumer rights. She’d call to update me, and when I came in to check, she knew me and greeted me by name with a smile and truthful words. She’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable and top notch! If it wasn’t for her I would have taken my business elsewhere!! Because of her I’d give the business an upgrade to low average rating. However, I’d give her a TEN!
