I've been going to this firestone for about 7years and they are still the same kind and helpful people now as when I first started doing business with them. They respond quickly after checking out your car, (usually within 2hrs from dropping off your car) they let you know everything that they found, and let you know which problem is priority just in case you can't get everything fixed same day. They are one of a few honest shops.
