"always great service"
I have been a customer at A&A for a number of years and I keep going back because they always offer great service and no hassle repairs. Always open and honest about what is wrong, what will need to be repaired and what has to be repaired. Always give the option of waiting to do repairs if they aren't an immediate concern but will need to be address. Very competitive pricing and extremely knowledgeable staff. Always, always go above and beyond to take the best car of not only your car but you too!

"Savings on Service"
Returned car because of a recurring problem.
A and A replaced a defective ignition coil (insinstalled 5 months ago) under warranty and at no cost to me and inspected and cleaned mass flow unit instead of replacing it at a significantly higher cost.

Very nice, clean lobby don't mind waiting while my vehicle is being fixed. Explain issues clear and address solutions without being pushy. Very satisfied.

"Always a good experience"
As a woman, this is the place to go. Not once in the three years I've been using A and A have I felt like they haven't been honest about what my car needs...friendly, efficient, honest...what more can you ask!

"hard to find part, extra mile"
The A&A crew went the extra mile to find a window assembly. After 3 after market parts that were supposed to work but did not, they went to the dealer for a new one.

"Professional work and estimates:"
This shop is fantastic, and the work they do shows. They give good estimates, they are professionals, and they go out of their way to get you the best part for the best price. Also, I appreciate that they take the time to explain, in layman's terms, what is wrong, and why it needs to be updated or fixed.
