Spoke with Samantha. She said the work was done well. The communication was not good. Her vehicle was delayed 1 week due to a parts delay. The facility should have contacted and communicated with her. She had to telephone this business each day for updates. The customer service experience would have been much better had they reached out to her. The cost of repairs was $1500 more than estimated.
