Gerald said he was not satisfied with the paint work because they did not prep the paint. There were nicks and scratches on the original panel and they painted over that. The paint felt rough to the touch. There was also striping that was done and they left plastic on the paint which the sun melted into the paint. It took 3 days longer than the promised set date but he does not know why it was delayed. He also does not know why he was not kept informed. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because he was quoted $400 but when the repairs were done it came out to $1,200. The way he was treated by the personnel was horrible because they distracted him and gave him compliments so he could not see how bad the paint look. He was not satisfied with their communication because he was not kept informed. Due to this experience he would not recommend this business.
