Andrew said that he had a bad experience with one estimator, he felt that he was rude and confrontational. They could have kept him more informed about the status of his vehicle. He said they could have listened to what he to say. It was not an issue of him disputing the bill, but he would have liked to know exactly what was done. The estimator was very confrontational. He will not recommend for the above reason.
