Car had to be towed, since steering wouldn't work. Alex needed to replace parts that had completely fallen out from underneath the car! After he fixed that and test drove, he noticed something else, something that had been annoying me for a while, actually. He repaired that problem, and I had my car back in a fair amount of time. I always feel like I have a brand new car to drive after these guys at A-1 have had their hands on my old car. It does run like new now.
