I always laugh when I see these cars breaking down or falling apart on the road....WHY? or HOW? does someone let their vehicle get like that???? It makes no sense to me. The A & A family is the only place to go for whatever one drives. My truck was due for a routine oil change......both of the owners came out to inform me that my truck wasn't safe to drive upon their routine inspection. I never knew they checked everything out.....I was just at the dealer for a recall yesterday...? How could this be? Long story short.....a steering rod in the front broke and smashed the axle box causing damage and an unsafe truck for the road if I needed to stop suddenly. STOP suddenly living off of route 83....??? What I love about these guys is the way they protect our expenses. They found the problematic part which was fixed two years ago as being a defective one and they called in my guarantee without me even asking for this. This job should have costed well over $1400.00....No chance with the boys of A & A auto repair......It was fixed, I was picked up at home, I saved nearly $400.00 on the defective part and labor, and they even gave me a rewards card for the oil changes and tire rotations even though this wasn't their fault! I find this place more amazing every time I visit.....So I ask you? Why would you go anywhere else? You want your kids to drive something safe?...call Joe & Ottavio......They are busy for a reason! As a customer....you are treated like their family.
