The customer had brought his vehicle in for an A/C leak. We had diagnosed the problem, but the part needed to fix the issue would not arrive until the next business day. The customer said he needed his vehicle back the same day (the initial visit) and could not wait. So we ordered the part and rescheduled for a day that would work better.
