Tia said her vehicle is still leaking and she has not used it since she got it back from this business. She will be taking her vehicle somewhere else and will not be going back to this business. She would not recommend to others because of the reasons mentioned.

I apologize for Tia feeling unsatisfied however, her vehicle came in with a transmission leak, there was no fluids in her transmission but Tia insisted that this wasnt the problem. Our mechanic diagnosed the vehicle as promised and advised here that adding transmission fluid is not enough for the vehicle to work fine, she needed a new transmission.  Tia complains her vehicle transmission continue to leak because it never got replaced as she was advised. Tia only approved our mechanic to add transmission fluid because when the vehicle came in to our shop it was very low to none due to having a leak.

Cleo said someone at this business is a thief because her handicap placard was stolen. She has to have the interior of the vehicle cleaned because they spilled something on the floor. She would not recommend them because of the distance and because of what has already been shared.

In response to Cleo's concern, I apologize for Cleo feeling unsatisfied,however, that is a pretty stiff accusation with no merit. A Handicap placard are assigned to a specific vehicle and cannot be used by anyone else other than a specific person, there is a large fine to misuse a handicap placard.  As far as the seat being dirty, we use plastic covers on all vehicles when we work on them to insure high quality of costumer satisfaction
