My 10 year old car is extremely reliable, I can drive it anywhere without concern. Able Auto's staff is very knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous, and professional. They are competent and able to explain things on my level of understanding. I really appreciate their willingness to let me know what is coming up so I can plan ahead for the more costly maintenance items. Able Auto has turned once dreaded trips to the mechanic shop into a consistently pleasant experience. As a woman, I can take my own car in and know I won't be targeted in any way or taken advantage of. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

"Parts replacement"
This place replaced my front and rear engine mounts and radiator. All three had to be replaced again ...the mounts luckily were still under warranty . Both mounts defaulted and the other shop reminded me to take it back to Able's to see if it was still under warranty . While at your shop I had to initiate the phone calls to see what was going on with my car. When I picked it up I was then told I had a radiator leak . It was fixed and I am thankful for that. I would suggest that your shop contact the customer when work is being done or just to let the consumer know what is going on with the work being done.
Also the radiator leak was fixed but I am kind of weary of the parts you use because of the fault in them.

"Great Customer Interaction"
Dan is the man! I recommend them to all my friends. There are all kinds of corvette guys that want to know where to take their vette, new or old, or their minivan. I tell them about Able Auto. I like coming here and knowing Dan knows what he's doing and he's understanding all my concerns regarding each of my babies especially this old car with its little quirks. I appreciate the time he takes to review with me any concerns I have about the car. I like coming here and I know the guys aren't going to rip me off, also and that the stuff is getting fixed and diagnosed correctly. It's not a take your money and send you out with a quick fix kind of place. I hope the next generation is getting their training and listening good cause I plan on bringing my cars here for the next 30 yrs. They have big shoes to fill.
