Xiaoguang said she got her vehicle towed to the business. She was not satisfied with the fact she had her vehicle towed there only to find out that they charged $110 for the diagnostic. She already knew what was wrong with her vehicle, the alternator was bad. She had asked if the $110 charge goes toward the repairs on the vehicle and they told her no. She ended up having her vehicle towed elsewhere to have the repairs performed on her vehicle. She ended up calling the business because she was not going to have her repairs done there. She also informed her insurance company that she did not want to have her repairs done at the business. They told her they would just tow it elsewhere. Due to the reasons above, she would not recommend the business for service.
