"Parts replacement"
This place replaced my front and rear engine mounts and radiator. All three had to be replaced again ...the mounts luckily were still under warranty . Both mounts defaulted and the other shop reminded me to take it back to Able's to see if it was still under warranty . While at your shop I had to initiate the phone calls to see what was going on with my car. When I picked it up I was then told I had a radiator leak . It was fixed and I am thankful for that. I would suggest that your shop contact the customer when work is being done or just to let the consumer know what is going on with the work being done.
Also the radiator leak was fixed but I am kind of weary of the parts you use because of the fault in them.

Chris said the business did a great job and they were super helpful. He had dropped his vehicle off at 8:00 am and was told someone would get a hold of him about noon to let him know what was going on. Somewhere around 4:00 pm, he was starting to get a little stressed because they had not yet called. He wondered if they were going to need his vehicle another day or if he needed to rent a vehicle. He was more than relieved when they called about 4:30 pm. He went to pick up his vehicle at which time they explained everything to him, gave him some maintenance tips to avoid problems in the future. He would like to thank them. They are an asset to the community.
