Spoke with Amanda. She said it was delayed a couple of days because there was a miscommunication. She thought work had started after additional damage was approved by the insurance company, but this business said they were waiting for a verbal approval as well. The insurance company told her they'd left a message the same day the check and paperwork were sent.
