Christopher said he knew he would be treated well. He stated he was really happy with Troy and Rich's customer service. They went above and beyond regular service. The paint was fine. He picked up his vehicle in the dark and rain, so he didn't notice that the back window doesn't look like an actual factory window. Because of the shape mold, it looks like an after market part, especially when the sun hits it. If he had noticed this, he probably wouldn't have taken the vehicle. Also, they didn't do too great adjusting the rear hatch.
