Shelby said it took awhile for the vehicle to get done because of a parts delay. She stated her vehicle was not returned in a clean condition because they did not do a good job washing it.

we appoligize for parts delays (as most of the time we do not have any control over parts) with that said we would be more than happy to have you come back in so we could rewash and vacuum your vehicle at your convenience.
