Lloyd said when he needed work done on his vehicle he got bids from different businesses. This business made the lowest bid by far, so he chose them. It was after he was at the rental agency that they called him and told him they made a mistake on the bid. The new bid they gave him was the highest out of all the bids, so he told them that since his vehicle was already there they should make it worth his while. They did lower the price to be the lowest in the end.

Our estimating software had an update and for some reason it deleted paint labor charges. We felt horrible about the circumstance, and we ended up being $100 lower than his lowest bid and we fixed all the damage on his bumper for free. We appreciate the feed back and happy that we will be RECOMMEND us again!
