The owner of the car was not our customer - We fixed the car for K.C. Martin and wrote the initial estimate off of a photo on a phone. (the damage looked much smaller on the photo) We were the told that the only damage was down low on the right side. when the car was delivered, Brandy told K.C.Martin that the damage behind the wheel should have been repaired. It was brought back to us and we fixed that area as well. So sorry for the delays but we did not have contact with the owner before repairs and K.C. Martin and we were not informed of the rear damage. Again we apologize for the delays and inconvenience. Next time we will communicate with the owner of the car to clarify what damage needs to be repaired.
