They not only diagnosed the problem, but explained the "why" and "what" in regards to the cause and the needed repairs.

They initially pointed me to another website to get an estimate and said they would be competitive with results. They nearly met the lowest estimate (within a few $$). I got an appointment and showed up a couple of days later. The work was done quickly. I waited in their clean waiting room while the work was done. Afterwards they returned my car with a checklist of observations (rather common). There was no pressure to perform any additional work. When I asked about the cost of one procedure on the list and a discount, I was quickly given a reasonable price and a $10 discount coupon on the spot. They also made time for me to have the work done that morning.

My only negative: My original work included a $3.25 hazardous waste fee included in the price when the work I originally had done didn't include any hazardous waste. I was told that they software they use automatically checks this field (I guess so they don't accidentally forget it). In my case they forget to uncheck it.

Anyway, it was a near perfect experience and I'll definitely consider doing business with them in the future.
