Spoke with Daeyona. She said the employees are nice and they provide good service. Her one concern is it took longer to repair her vehicle than they expected due to a parts delay which left her without transportation for a week. Her other concern is there was little communication about the status but she would recommend them to others.

Grant said he took his vehicle in for some work and they thought they fixed it. However, they did not test drive it and as soon as he got the vehicle, it was not working properly. He had to leave it with them a second day, which was not a big problem because he has an extra vehicle. It did not seem like they followed through on the repairs. This was his first time ever using them and they are a good facility. He stated he thinks the service was good, but the mechanic probably overlooked something.

Alex said the mechanic was very thorough and the customer service was good. However, they did not find what was wrong. He was charged $100 for the diagnostic fee and he is used to his own mechanic, not charging him for a diagnostic.
