Jessica said this business provides good service, however, the day she was going to pick her vehicle up, she received a phone call telling her the vehicle is ready for pick up. When she went to go pick the vehicle up, they noticed additional parts on her vehicle needed to be worked on. She ended up waiting another hour and a half in the waiting room. She did not expect the repairs to take nearly that much time. She expected it to take 15 minutes at a minimum.

Spoke with Donna. She said they told them the vehicle would cost more than its worth to fix. She said they were supposed to contact them about a buyer for it, and they haven't heard from anyone yet. She would not recommend for the reasons stated.
