"Going the extra mile"
Although my car was not completely fixed, they spent much diagnosis time to try to discover the problem. They recommended to take to a GM dealer to reprogram the computer to reset the parameters after replacing a part. Randy and Carl were very helpful and did not charge me for the extra time spent as well as not charging me for a part that was very expensive.
