"Overcharged"
I went in for a routine oil change and walked out $450 later. The extra stuff was needed for car maintenance, but I felt a bit ripped off when all was said and done. First, they didn't quote me the entire cost that I would be facing, just the extra stuff, so when I went in to pick up the car I had about $100 extra to pay. Second, they told me that I may only save $15 on a cabin air filter if I did it myself, but when I saw they charged $70 for that, I realized I made a mistake in letting them do it. The filter doesn't even fit that well. I feel a bit taken advantage of for not knowing a lot about cars... they didn't really spell out my options and what would cost what, or what could easily be done myself. I'll go somewhere else for my next service.

"Expert Service. No "suggested" unnecessary work. Honest and Fair Price."
I appreciate that "Point S" takes care of my car, inspects and recommends appropriate maintenance without suggesting unnecessary maintenance. I really appreciate Sean(sp?) who drives a model of car very similar to mine and provides expert and caring care of my car.
