Micheal said when he originally called the business, he was quoted $150-$200. After everything was done, they wanted $750, which was way more than anything they had agreed upon. His vehicle was not ready when promised and the work was not finished. He had to go buy equipment so they could finish the job. He stated his problem was not with the business, but more with the person he dealt with. He did not appreciate how every thing went down, he did not agree with everything they did, and they kept changing things. Even though he was aware of what kind of work was needed, he wanted detailed information. His vehicle sat at the facility for a few days because they forgot to order parts. They wanted him to leave his vehicle for another week. He stated he did not appreciate the way the situation was handled, on their part.

Jimmy said he has a 1957 vehicle, which needed 2 axles. He called this business, and was told they had ordered some axles a couple years ago for someone who never picked them up so they still had them. It was the kind he needed. The guy that helped him was really professional and nice.
