Walked in unannounced on the recommendation of a friend. A/C was blowing warm air on a 100 deg. day. Dale took a look, checked a couple of things and said it needed about an hour or so to change a couple of valves, and refill the system. He was ready to do it on the spot but I opted for the next day. Took it in in the morning and picked it up a couple of hours later, as promised. Great job and reasonable price.
