Spoke with Kathy. Kathy said that she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience because they did not fix her vehicle and when they put it back together they caused another problem. She did not elaborate on what the problem was with the vehicle. It is for this reason that she was not satisfied with the quality of service work performed on her vehicle.
