shuttle service
The shuttle service was very poor. I called for them to get me after I was done with another appointment and the gentleman never returned the call until I had gotten a ride back to the shop, picked up my vehicle, stopped elsewhere on my way home, and was almost home, over an hour I'm thinking. Everything else was great.

Best place around !
They make you feel very comfortable, are very friendly and do what they say they are going to do. They wash your car and even give you a bottle of water when they are done. Very prompt and just plain friendly folks.

Very prompt and Respectful.
Tom was upfront and honest. The service provided was exactly as is it was supposed to be. It's nice to be able to trust people with your car and to know that there are no surprises.
