First of all, they called us about a truck they took in that we might be interested in. We went to look at it, liked it, decided to buy. AFTER the papers were signed, we were told we had to wait a day or two for the paperwork to go through and for the truck to be checked out by their shop. So we waited. 5 days later we took posession of the truck. 4 days later the alternater went out and the truck died in the middle of the road while still in motion. Thank heavens we purchased the extra warranty and this is a covered item. The down side, it is going to be 3 more days until the truck is fixed. We are not happy.

2005 F350 Diesel Transmission
The 2005 F350 Diesel Transmission has a known high pressure issue that destroys the transmission. This issue was known within the first year, yet Ford decided not to fix it or inform the public about it. I am only 26,000 miles past my warrenty and I was told to bad, that will cost you $4000 to fix it. Thank you very much Ford for sticking it to me. Last Ford I will ever buy!

All Star Ford attempted to get assistance from Ford Motor Company and was denied. All Star Ford offered to perform repair at a discounted rate. Customer choose not to perform work at All Star Ford. This is not no fault of All Star Ford, as we can not control what Ford Motor Company will assist with.

Mostly home runs.
In all of the visits I have had @ All Star Ford only one was disappointing. Another business fixed the problem I was having. You score high because no one is perfect!
