my 1st visit they tried to charge me for something they didn't do.
got back with same noice i told them to fix and hear a new noise and I now have dash lights on that were not on before and also radio shorts out now.

Shannon, Thank you for allowing me to address your concerns today. I am so sorry for the lack of attention to your vehicle. We obviously dropped the ball in the area of paying attention to details & in communicating the details to you. For that I apologize & ask that you give us a second chance. We strive to never have this sort of thing happen & when it does we will do anything to make it right. One thing we are NOT is dishonest & I intend to prove that to you. Please consider rescoring us.
