Mike said he sat around for half an hour at this business before they told him his vehicle needed to be warmed up in order for them to get the emission system to do the reading. He would have liked it if they would have told him this when he first brought his vehicle in. He wasted a couple of hours out of his day and he had to turn around and bring his vehicle back in the next day. Everything else was fine and they are good people.

Raymond said he sent his son to the business so they could take care of the smog check he needed to have done on his vehicle. While he was there, the employee he was working with, lied to his son and told him he was not able to do the smog check. His son ended up calling him at work, letting him know what was going on. The gentleman who was working with his son had told him, he could not do the smog on his vehicle because his vehicle's battery was too big and it could not be read. He asked the guy, what timing light he had. He then told him, there was plenty of room for the timing light to be read, on the right hand side of the battery. The employee handed the phone back to his son and then preceded to hand him the timing light and told him he could do it. After he had heard that, he told his son to leave and to have the smog done somewhere else. From that point, the employee told his son he will call the police and have his vehicle impounded if he did not pay for the smog. The employee told his son to pay them for the failed smog check and to take his vehicle elsewhere for the smog. They ended up going to the Department of Motorized Vehicles to get another one day permit, in order to drive the vehicle over to another business, to get the smog performed. His son ended up going back to this business, to show them his vehicle had passed the smog check at the other business. He had even showed the owner the paperwork. He was not satisfied with the fact they insulted his son, committed fraud and also lied about a service needing to be done. They also ripped them off for something that should have passed.
