"Salesmanship"
I called to make an appointment for a complete tune-up on my 2002 Tundra. I asked for Jeff. But, the service person who answered the phone said "He was not in today, and asked if he could help me. I said OK. I told him the vehicle had over 100K miles on it and that I have not had a tune-up since I purchased it in 2005. He said that he would look up how much that would cost and get back with me before 12:00pm (noon). He verified my cell phone # and that he would call me back with some prices.
He never called back.

Mr M. is a bit confused on this one.  We have never worked on his vehicle and we do not have a Jeff in our employ.  He did have a breath monitor installed, but that is it.  We would love to work on his Tundra (I have one myself).  It would be wonderful if he'd change our star rating.  I'm sure it wouild be a 5 after we proved ourselves to him with the money he'd save and the excellent service he'd get.  Thank you

Don said he had worked with this business before, and he has found that they have always done reliable work for a reasonable price. They are friendly and they are always willing to help. Even though they do not offer a loaner vehicle they are willing to give their customers a ride and they pick them up after the fact.
