"Repairing a repair"
The master cylinder had to be replaced in this truck and after only a few hundred miles the new part failed. It was replaced with a new one, and that one promptly failed. A replacement part was ordered from Toyota instead of an after market manufacturer and it is working. Kevin was very apologetic for the inconvenience and this work was done without charge. No excuses, very business like and professional. Much appreciated.

"New Customer"
Dropped my 2010 Subaru Forester off for scheduled 90,000 mile maintenance. I found Kevin to be friendly and accommodating. He phoned me a couple times to let me know how things were going and to discuss some of the manufacturer's recommendations. Once completed, Kevin delivered the car to my home. I was especially thankful for this service since I was dealing with a winter cold. The bill had detailed information on each of the services provided and I found their website very useful for scheduling future appointments. All in all I found my experience satisfying. I am giving a neutral rating of 3 stars because I have no history with this provider, but I am expecting future reviews to warrant higher ratings.

"Great service. "
The people are knowledgeable, discuss their work clearly, and provide helpful advice and alternatives if necessary. I waited for my oil change this time. It was done quickly without great fuss. If necessary, they offer a ride home and back. Pleasant experience.
